KFC Terrorist Attack

Charges: The defendants had the intention to kill anyone who happened to be inside the KFC restaurant in Al-Haram (the pyramids area) and around it. They went to the restaurant frequented by the public and fired a barrage of birdshots “Khartosh” which led to the killing of a citizen.

Appeal of defendants in al-Fath Mosque incidents

Charges: The Muslim Brotherhood called for a gathering in front of Al Fath mosque and its affiliates obliged. They organized marches across Ramses and El Galaa Streets and gathered in Ramses Square in front of Al-Azbekiya police station and the surrounding roads. They also attacked Al-Azbakiya police station, threw Molotov cocktails and tear gas at them, heavily firing rounds of their machine guns towards the forces guarding the station and the citizens and they held a strike inside the Fath Mosque.
