– Cairo Criminal Court extended the sentencing hearing in the retrial procedures of 128 defendants in the case known in the media as “The Oppressed of Downtown” for tomorrow’s hearing.

– Cairo Criminal Court set the April 24 hearing to pronounce the verdict over the trial of Hadaek el-Qoba Police Station’s chief detective, assistant detective and 4 low-ranking police officers in the case known as “torturing citizen to death inside the police department”.

– Minya Criminal Court adjourned the trial of 20 lawyers in Maghagha province in the case known in the media as “insulting the judiciary” for the March 27 hearing, to consider the request of disqualifying the court’s judges.

– The Court of Cassation set the appeal submitted by 437 defendants in the case known as “al-Fath Mosque incidents” for adjudication at the June 10 hearing.

Decisions not issued until 5 pm

– The military court is presiding over the trial of 304 defendants in the case known in the media as “The Assistant Public Prosecutor assassination attempt”, but hasn’t reached a decision so far.
