– Khalifa and Moqattam Misdemeanor Court, convened at the counseling room, decided to accept the appeal challenging the detention order issued against defendant Mohamed Mostafa Abdel Qader , and accordingly ruled to release him under the guarantee of his place of residence pending case No. 980 of 2019 Abdeen Misdemeanor.

– Cairo Criminal Court adjourned the retrial procedures of 35 defendants in the “Rabaa Sit-in dispersal” case for the April 2 hearing to continue hearing witnesses.

– The Military Court adjourned the trial of 555 defendants in the case publicly known as “Province of Sinai organization” for the March 19 hearing for checking documents.

– Cairo Court of Urgent Matters adjourned the lawsuit calling for imposing sequestration on the Doctors Syndicate as doctors refrain from setting the maximum price of medical services, for the March 19 hearing to submit documents.

– Cairo Criminal Court adjourned the trial of 215 defendants in the case known as “Helwan Brigades” for the March 10 hearing to continue pleading.

– Montazah Prosecution decided to renew the detention of human rights lawyer Mohamed Ramadan for 15 days pending probe.

– Giza Criminal Court adjourned the retrial of Habib al-Adly and 10 defendnats in the case known as “The Interior Ministry corruption” for the first of April hearing.

Decisions not issued until PM

– Cairo Criminal Court is considering the detention renewal of Moaz al-Sharkawy into case No. 440 of 2018 State Security, but hasn’t reached a decision so far.
