Introduction 

Thirteen protests were monitored during the second half of November 2021.

These protests are divided into ten social protests and three labor protests.

They also included two suicides that were committed due to the accumulation of debts and financial crises.

Suicide 1 Kom Ombo – Aswan Residents and residential neighborhoods A citizen committed suicide with an insecticide in Kom Ombo due to the accumulation of debts
Collective complaint 1 Sanhour – Fayoum Residents and residential neighborhoods A collective complaint from the people of Sanhour village in Fayoum governorate, due to the village drowning in sewage and other water pipes that burst due to lack of maintenance
Gathering 1 Maadi – Cairo Residents and residential neighborhoods Parents of a private school in Zahraa El Maadi gathered after a staff member sexually harassed a female student
Collective complaint 1 Kafr El-Sheikh Residents and residential neighborhoods Parents of Kafr Al-Taifa Primary School students complain that their children have been poisoned after eating school meals
Collective complaint 1 New Obour City – Qalyubia Residents and residential neighborhoods Complaints about the delay in installing electricity meters in Social Housing apartments
Collective complaint 1 Arab Al-Abaida – Giza Residents and residential neighborhoods A collective complaint filed by the residents of Arab Al-Ayada against the Governor of Giza about the fumes of unlicensed factories threatening school students
Gathering 1 Kafr El-Zayat – Al Gharbyia Residents and residential neighborhoods A large number of residents gathered, after closing the city council door in the face of citizens, and preventing them from entering the building under no declared reason
