Introduction
The first half of September witnessed 12 labor and social protests, seven of which are social and five are labor.
The reporting period saw the resurgence of the phenomenon of forced displacement and eviction, as the people of Al-Warraq Island, together with some residents of Ezbet Khairallah in Cairo, gathered to protest against the security forces storming the island for being in charge of the demolition of some homes and residences there.
