Issued decisions: 
– The Supreme Administrative Court adjourned the consideration of the appeal filed by human rights lawyer Gamal Eid, founder of the Arabic Network for Human Rights Information (ANHRI), challenging the travel ban issued since 2016, and is still in effect till now. The Court postponed the appeal for the hearing of 26 September 2021 and  authorized his defense lawyer to extract an official copy of the travel ban order.
– The  judge mandated to investigate the “Civil Society case” No. 173 of 2011 decided to postpone the investigation session with human rights lawyer Gamal Eid for Tuesday, 3 August instead of the first of August (Sunday) session.
– The 2nd Terrorism Circuit adjourned the trial of Hassan Malek’s brother and others to the hearing of 4 September for the defense’s pleadings.
– The Supreme Administrative Court at the State Council adjourned the appeal submitted by Mohamed Morsi’s sons and others demanding to reverse the first-degree ruling to cancel their membership from the Lawyers Syndicate. The appeal was postponed for the hearing of the 2nd of October 2021.
Decisions not issued
– Giza Criminal Court convened at a terrorism circuit has considered the Case No. 844 of 2018, known in the media as “The airport”  which involves 74 defendants, but hasn’t reached a decision so far.
– The 1st terrorism circuit has considered the trial of 11 defendants accused of joining a terrorist group abroad in the case known in the media as “Al- Murabeton II”, but hasn’t reached a decision so far.
