Issued decisions 
– Port Said Criminal Court adjourned, yesterday evening, the retrial of 5 defendants in the case known in the media as “Al- Arab Police Station incidents” for the hearing of February 13, 2021.
– Cairo Criminal Court adjourned the sentencing hearing against 10 defendants in the case known in the media as “Legitimacy Coalition” for tomorrow’s hearing.
– South Criminal Court’s Circuit 23 adjourned the retrial of Former Finance Minister Youssef Botrous Ghali into the case known in the media as “License plates” for the hearing of March 28, 2021 until the defendant appear before the court.
– Cairo Criminal Court’s 5th Circuit adjourned the trial of 9 defendants in the case known in the media as “Isis- Ain Shams” for the hearing of February 21, 2021.
– The Court of Adminisrative Justice adjourned the lawsuit filed by media professional Emad Adib demanding to rescind the Journalists Syndicate’s decision to cancel his membership and remove his name from the syndicate’s schedules banning him from working in the field of journalism in the future. The case was postponed for the hearing of February 28, 2021.
– The Court of Adminisrative Justice has turned down the lawsuit filed by journalist Magdy Shendi and others to overturn the Supreme Council for Media Regulation Decision No. 16 of 2019 to impose the penalties and regulations list on journalists.
– Cairo Criminal Court’s 5th Circuit set the retrial of one defendant accused of the arson of  a police car in Helwan, besides gathering and protest charges for adjudication at the hearing of March 28, 2021.
– The Court of Cassation has upheld the 5- year high-security prison sentence issued against 23 defendants, while it ordered the acquittal of 5 others and rescinded the fine issued against all the defendants involved in the case known in the media as ” Damietta violence incidents”.
Decisions not issued 
– Cairo Criminal Court’s 1st circuit is considering the trial of 215 defendants in the case known in the media as “Helwan Brigades”, but hasn’t reached a decision so far.
–  Cairo Criminal Court’s 3rd circuit has considered the detention renewal of human rights lawyer Zyiad El Eliemy and activist Ramy Shaath, and adjourned the detention renewal of journalists Hisham Fouad and Hossam Moanis pending Case No. 930 of 2019 State Security, but hasn’t reached a decision so far.
– Cairo Criminal Court’s 3rd circuit has considered the detention renewal session of Engineer Islam Fathi pending Case No. 470 of 2019 State Security, but hasn’t reached a decision so far.
