-The State Commissioners Authority issued a report of legal opinion obliging the Supreme Council for Media Regulation to block all Sherif Gaber’s videos calling for atheism on YouTube and all its electronic links in the lawsuit No. 52222 of 71 judicial year.
– Cairo Criminal Court adjourned the trial of Youssef Botrus Ghali, former Finance Minister, in the case known in the media as “Customs Corruption” for the hearing of 2 February, 2021 to take the procedures of disqualifying the court’s judges.
– Cairo Criminal Court’s 1st circuit adjourned the trial of 11 defendants in the case known in the media as “spying for Isis” for the hearing of 11 January, 2021.
– North Cairo Criminal Court adjourned the trial of Ahmed Shafiq and 2 others in the case known in the media as “aviation corruption” for the hearing of 10 March, 2021 to proceed with the pleadings.
