Issued decisions
– Giza criminal Court adjourned the trial of 47 defendants in the case No. 844 of 2018 State Security, known in the media as ‘The airport case’, for the hearing of November 4, 2020.
– The Supreme State Security Prosecution renewed the detention of hundreds of citizens detained over ‘September 20 incidents’, aka Case No. 880 of 2020 State Security, for 15 days
– Cairo criminal Court adjourned the retrial procedures of 8 defendants in the case known in the media as ‘Al-Fath Mosque incidents’ for the hearing of October 6.
– Cairo criminal Court adjourned the retrial procedures of 12 defendants in the case known in the media as ‘The cabinet incidents’ for the hearing of October 18.
– The Supreme Administrative Court turned down the appeal demanding to halt the call for holding the parliament’s elections.
– Journalist Basma Mostafa has appeared inside the Supreme State Security Prosecution’s headquarters and has been interrogated, after she was arrested yesterday evening in Luxor where she was preparing a news report on Al-Awamyia village’s martyr.
