– The 5th Terrorism circuit at the Criminal Court adjourned the trial of 5 defendants in the case of “October’s Isis” for the hearing of 24 October due to defendants’ absence.

 – The 5th Terrorism circuit at the Criminal Court adjourned the detention renewal session of Haytham Abdel Moneim and Khalil Rezk Khalil pending Case No. 1475 of 2019, and Mohab Yosri El Ebrashi, Hassan Mostafa and Hussein Khamis pending Case No. 1898 of 2019, and Mohamed Oxygen pending Case No. 1356 of 2019 due to the inability to transfer the defendants from their jail to the courthouse. The aforementioned cases were adjourned to a hearing to be set later.
