– The Court of Cassation has set the 1st of December, 2020 hearing to consider the appeal submitted by the defendants accused in the case of “The killing of child Youssef El-Araby” over their retrial procedures in the case.

– The Court of Cassation has adjourned the appeal submitted by 66 defendants challenging the verdicts they received in the case known in the media as “Sohag violence incidents”. The appeal was postponed to the hearing of November 4, 2020 for pleading the case and bringing the defendants.
