Issued decisions:

– Nasr City Misdemeanor Court sentenced, yesterday evening, Ezz al-Najjar to two years in prison with hard labor and a fine of LE200 pending case No. 34760 of 2018 Nasr City I Misdemeanors, in which he is accused of possessing publications containing false news.

– Yesterday evening, Cairo Criminal Court adjourned the trial of 24 defendants in the case known as “harming the national economy” for the November 18 hearing.

– Cairo Criminal Court ordered the continuation of precautionary measures against Gamal Abdel-Fattah, Hassan Hussein, Ahmed Gamal Manaa and Mohamed Ibrahim for 45 days pending case No. 482 of 2018 State Security, while mitigating the measures to one day per week.

– Cairo Criminal Court adjourned the trial of 26 defendants in the case known as the “Three Pyramids Hotel attack” for the November 13 hearing.

– Cairo Criminal Court adjourned the retrial procedures for 18 defendants in the case known as “cabinet incidents” for the November 7 hearing to proceed with the pleading.

– Cairo Criminal Court adjourned the trial of political activist Ahmed Doma in the case known as the “cabinet incidents” for the first of November hearing.

– President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi issued a decree to extend the state of emergency in all Egypt’s governorates for another three months as of Monday October 15.
