Issued decisions:

– The Supreme State Security Prosecution renewed yesterday evening the detention of blogger Mohamed Ibrahim, aka “Oxygen”, for 15 days pending case No. 1356 of 2019 State Security.

– Cairo Criminal Court renewed yesterday evening the detention of blogger Islam El-Refaai and activist Abdel-Rahman Tarek, aka “Mokka” for 45 days pending case No. 1331 of 2019 State Security.

-Cairo Criminal Court renewed the detention of Omar Khaled Abdel-Tawwab, Mohamed Fady, Sameh Magdy Mahmoud and Belal Abdel-Razek” for 45 days pending case No. 488 of 2019 State Security.

–  Cairo Criminal Court adjourned the retrial procedures of two defendants in the case known in  the media as “Al-Maasra Cell” for February 13 hearing, for pleading.

– Moqattam Misdemeanor Court set the case known in the media as “The arson of Moqattam Police Station” for adjudication at the February 5 heating, while ordering the release of all present defendants.

– Cairo Criminal Court adjourned the retrial of one defendant in the case known in the media as “Kerdasa Massacre” for February 12 hearing, to include the exhibits.

– Cairo Criminal Court sentenced one defendant to three years in high-security prison while placing them under police surveillance for a similar period, after convicting them of possessing explosives and taking part in an unlicensed protest.

– The Supreme State Security Prosecution has considered the detention renewal of human rights lawyer Mahinour El-Masry pending case No. 488 of 2019 State Security, but hasn’t reached a decision so far.

– The Supreme State Security Prosecution has considered the detention renewal of a number of defendants pending cases No. 1338 and 1413 of 2019 State Security, known as “September 20 Protests”, but hasn’t reached a decision so far.
