Issued decisions: 

– The detention of human rights lawyer Amr Imam was renewed, last Thursday, for 15 days pending case No. 488 of 2019 State Security, after the Prosecution headed to Tora Prison Complex to consider the defendants’ detention renewal sessions.

– The Court of Administrative Justice adjourned, yesterday evening, the lawsuit filed by lawyer Samir Sabry demanding to oblige the authorities to issue a decision to dismiss all MB affiliates from their posts in the administrative apparatus of the state. The lawsuit was adjourned for January 15 hearing.

– The Court of Administrative Justice adjourned the sentencing hearing in the lawsuit filed by lawyer Samir Sabry against the National Council for Human Rights demanding to suspend the membership of lawyer Nasser Amin for January 18 hearing.

– A number of defendants, including 7 girls, have been ordered to be released, under the guarantee of their place of residence, in the case known in the media as “Solidarity with Mahmoud al-Banna”. They are: Hend Mohamed, sisters Safaa and Ghada Ragab, Mayada Gamal, Naeira Mahmoud, Sally Fawzy and Asmaa Ragab.

– Aswan Prosecution renewed, yesterday evening, the detention of 35 defendants for 15 days in the case known in the media as “September 20 arrests”, No. 1338 of 2019 State Security.
