– Cairo Criminal Court has considered the imprisonment renewal of journalist Hisham Jafar pending case No. 720 of 2015 State Security, but hasn’t reached to a decision yet.

–  Cairo Criminal Court has considered the detention renewal hearing of Mohamed al-Qassas, the deputy president of the Strong Egypt Party, pending case No. 441 of 2018 State Security. The decision hasn’t yet been made.

– Cairo Criminal Court is presiding over the retrial of political activist Ahmed Doma, accused in the case known in media as “The Cabinet incidents”, and hasn’t reached to a decision until now.

– The Military Court is presiding over the trial of 4 defendants into the case known in media as “Advanced operations cell”, and hasn’t issued the decision till now.

Issued Decisions:

– The State Security Prosecution decided to renew the detention of media figure Shady Abou Zeid and Human Rights Activist Amal Fathy 15 days pending investigations in case No. 621 of 2018 State Security

– Cairo Criminal Court sentenced 5 Al-Azhar University professors to life imprisonment and one student to 10 years of rigorous imprisonment in the case known as “Al-Azhar University Cell”.

– The Committee of Commissioners of The Supreme Constitutional Court adjourned the lawsuit challenging the constitutionality of Article 276 of the Penal Code; for including the term “A Muslim’s house”, for the 9 September hearing.

– The Commission of Commissioners of the Supreme Constitutional Court adjourned the lawsuit challenging the constitutionality of Article 375 bis and Article 375 bis (a) of the Penal Code, added upon decree No.(7) of 2011 (AKA bullying articles), for the 9 September hearing.

– The Military Court adjourned the trial of 304 defendants in the case known as “The assassination attempt of the Assistant Public Prosecutor” for the 27 August hearing.

– South Mansoura Prosecution ordered the detention renewal of political activist Mohamed Adel for 15 days pending investigations in the case No. 4118 of 2018 Aga Administrative.

– Cairo Criminal Court ruled to extend the sentencing hearing against Safwat al-Sherif and his sons into the profiteering and power abuse case for the September 9 hearing.

– Criminal Court of Cairo adjourned the trial of 6 defendants accused in the case known as “Attack on al-Manwat ambush” for the September 10 hearing.

– Criminal Court of Cairo adjourned the trial of 23 defendants accused in the case known as “Helwan microbus cell” for the September 25 hearing.
