– Yesterday night, Cairo Criminal Court adjourned the trial of political activist Ahmed Doma in the case known as “The Cabinet incidents” for the August 13 hearing.

– Al-Maadi Misdemeanor Court decided, yesterday night, to postpone the trial of human rights activist Amal Fathy in case No. 7991 of 2017 for the September 8 hearing.

– Cairo Criminal Court adjourned, yesterday, the trial of 13 defendants accused in the case known in the media as the “Guidance Office incidents for the August 19 hearing.

– Giza Criminal Court ruled to postpone the retrial procedures against 3 defendants in the case known in media as “Al-Sudan St. violence incidents” for the September 29 hearing.

– Giza Criminal Court also ruled to adjourn the retrial of one defendant accused in the case known in media as “Rabaa Operation Room” for the September 29 hearing.

– Cairo Criminal Court adjourned the trial of a police officer and a police conscript of al-Mokattam police station, accused in the case known in media as “Afroto case”, for the September 8 hearing.

– Cairo Criminal Court decided to refer the papers of 3 defendants in the case known as “Ansar al-Sharia (Sharia supporters) Brigades” to the Mufti for his opinion over death, and set the October 14 hearing to pronounce the verdict.

–  Cairo Criminal Court sentenced Mohamed Badei, Mohamed el-Beltagy, Essam el-Erian, Safwat Hegazy, el-Husseini Antar Mahrous to life imprisonment, the former Minister of Supply Bassem Odeh to 15 years of rigorous imprisonment, and 10 years rigorous imprisonment for three other defendants in the case known as al-Bahr al-Aazam incidents.

– Cairo Criminal Court ruled that the lawsuit filed against Ahmed Ezz has been dropped, and lifted him from the travel-ban list over the case known in media as “money laundering”.

– State Security Prosecution ordered decided to extend the detention of Essam Abdel-Raaouf for 15 days pending case No. 585 of 2018 State Security.

– State Security Prosecution ordered the detention renewal of human rights lawyer Haytham Mohamden for 15 days pending case No. 718 of 2018 State Security.
