– The Military Court adjourned, yesterday evening, the trial of 304 defendants in the case known as “The Assistant Public Prosecutor assassination attempt” for the February 25 hearing to hear the defense’s pleading.

– Sohag Criminal Court sentenced the former chief detective of Tahta Police Center, its assistant detective and the head of Sohag’s north investigating branch to three years in prison, and carried a health inspector a one-year prison sentence while suspending him from his duty for two years in the case of “torturing an accused to death”.

– The Military Court adjourned the trial of 555 defendants in the case known as “Province of Sinai” for the February 19 hearing.

– The Court of Cassation rescinded the decision issued by Cairo Criminal Court to place 296 people, including Ola al-Qaradawi, on the terrorism list for three years in the “armed wing of the Muslim Brotherhood” case.

– Cairo Criminal Court adjourned the trial of Mohamed Morsi and 28 others in the case known as “breaching the eastern borders” for the February 19 hearing.

– Cairo Criminal Court turned down an appeal submitted by a defendant challenging the 15-year high-security prison sentence issued against him in “storming al-Tebein Police Center” case.

– The Military Court adjourned the trial of 170 defendants in the case known as “taking pictures of Belbeis airbase” for the February 17 hearing.
