– Cairo Criminal Court adjourned the trial of 120 defendants in “The oppressed of Downtown” case for the February 24 hearing to continue the pleading.
– Cairo Criminal Court adjourned the trial of 32 defendants in the case known as “Helwan Microbus Cell” for the February 25 hearing, until their original defense attend the hearing.
– The Court of Cassation adjourned the appeal of defendants in “Al-Fath Mosque incidents” case for the March 25 hearing.
– The military ruler ratified a 3-year prison sentence issued against 17 defendants from Al-Ahly sporting club’s fans into case No. 2 of 2018 Emergency State Security Misdemeanors known as “Handball 2” case.
– Cairo Criminal Court adjourned the trial of 14 defendants in the case known as “Returnees from Libya” for the February 13 hearing to hear witnesses.
– Cairo Criminal Court adjourned the trial of 45 defendants in the case known as “High Pressure Towers Bombing Cell” for February 20 hearing, to carry out the proceedings of disqualifying the court’s judges.
– Cairo Criminal Court accepted the appeal submitted by the Prosecution against the release order issued for Shady Abo Zeid, and accordingly ordered his detention for 45 days pending case No. 621 of 2018 State Security.
-The State Security Prosecution renewed the detention of Gamal Abdel-Fattah, Khaled Mahmoud, Khaled Mohamed Bassiouni, and Mohab al-Ebrashi for 15 days pending case No. 1739 of 2018 State Security.
