– The Cabinet has issued a decision imposing a curfew all over Egypt from 7pm to 6 am for a period of 15 days.

– Cairo Criminal Court has adjourned the detention renewal session of human rights lawyer Mohamed al-Baqer and blogger Alaa Abdel-Fattah pending the Case No. 1356 of 2019 State Security for the 4th and 5th of April 2020; due to inability to transfer them from their jail to the courtroom.

– Cairo Criminal Court has adjourned the detention renewal session of human rights lawyer Mahinour El-Masry pending the Case No. 488 of 2019 State Security for the 4th and 5th of April 2020; due to inability to transfer her from her jail to the courtroom.

– Cairo Criminal Court has renewed the precautionary measures issued against Essam Abdel-Raqouf for 45 days pending the Case No. 585 of 2018 State Security.

– Cairo Criminal Court has renewed the precautionary measures issued against Asmaa Salama pending the Case No. 1338 of 2019 State Security. The court has also postponed the consideration of the detention renewal of dozens of defendants accused in the same case for the hearing of April 5, 2020 due to the inability to transfer them from their jail to the courtroom.

– The detention renewal of those accused in the Case No. 1413 of 2019 State Security, publicly known as “September 20 Protests”,  has been adjourned for April 5 hearing; due to the inability to transfer the defendnats from their jail to the courtroom.

– The Court of Cassation has administratively adjourned the appeals submitted by some defendants challenging the rulings issued against them in the case known in the media as “El-Edwa” Case for the end of this month.

– Cairo Criminal Court has adjourned the retrial procedures of two defendants in the case known in the media as “Al-Zaher violence incidents” for the hearing of 26 April 2020.
