• Giza Criminal Court adjourned, yesterday evening, the retrial of 6 defendants in the case known in the media as “arson of Kafr Hakim Church” for February 16 hearing, to proceed with the pleadings.
• The Court of Cassation adjourned the appeal filed by Belal Khalil Fathy, Mohamed Nasser Ibrahim and others in the case known in the media as “the oppressed of Downtown” for February 17 hearing.
• The Criminal Military Court adjourned the sentencing hearing in the trial of 304 defendants in the case known in the media as “the Assistant Public Prosecutor’s assassination attempt” for February 10 hearing.
• Cairo Terrorism Criminal Court adjourned the retrial procedures of 7 defendants in the case known in the media as “the Cabinet incidents” for February 18 hearing to review the case.
• Sohag Criminal Court adjourned the trial of three defendants in the case known in the media as “the Administrative Office” for the second of March to hear the defense’s pleadings.

• The Supreme State Security Prosecution is considering the detention renewal session of Khaled Dawoud and Mohamed Salah pending case No. 488 of 2019 State Security, but hasn’t reached a decision so far.
