Issued decisions: 

– Cairo Criminal Court has adjourned the trial of 215 defendants in the case known in the media as “Helwan Brigades” for December 8 hearing, to proceed with the defense team’s pleading.

– The Court of Administrative Justice has rejected the lawsuit demanding to cancel the exams’ results of a number of first-year secondary school students who failed their second-round exams owing to the system failure of the tablet-based exams.

– The Public Prosecutor has ordered to investigate the leaking of the video footage showing an engineering student committing suicide by jumping off Cairo Tower.

– Sohag Criminal Court adjourned the trial of 5 defendants accused of the arson of Sohag’s Mar Girgis Church for the first of March, 2019 hearing, to listen to the defense’s pleading.

Decisions not issued until 5 pm

– The State Security Prosecution is proceeding with the investigation with activist Ramy Kamal pending case No. 1475 of 2019, but hasn’t reached a decision so far.
