– Cairo Criminal Court has adjourned the request to seize the funds of Dr. Hassan Nafaa for December 5 hearing, to check the Central Bank’s report on his accounts.

– The lawsuit No. 1015 of the judicial year 74 (Urgent) filed by lawyer Tarek Mahmoud against the founder of the social networking website “Facebook”, demanding to cancel the pages inciting against Egypt, has been referred to the Commissioners Authority, to prepare a report of the legal opinion.

– Sohag Crimnal Court has adjourned the trial of 8 defendants in the case known in the media as “Al-Maghara incidents” for February 4, 2020 hearing.

– The Court of Cassation has upheld the decision to disqualify the judges presiding over the trial of Gamal and Alaa Mubarak, sons of former president Hosni Mubarak, in the case known in the media as “stock market manipulation”. The court, accordingly, has referred the case to New Cairo Court of Appeal to determine a new circuit that would consider the case.
