– Cairo Criminal Court’s First Circuit decided, yesterday evening, to adjourn the sentencing hearing in the retrial procedures of two defendants in the case publicly known as “Al-Maasra Cell”. The case was postponed to the hearing of 16 May 2020 due to the inability to transfer the defendants.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n – The Supreme State Security Prosecution decided, yesterday evening, to rescind the precautionary measures issued against Moaz El-Sharkawy and accordingly ordered his release pending the Case No. 440 of 2018 State Security.<\/span><\/p>\n – Al-Mansoura Criminal Court ordered the release of activist Mohamed Adel under the place of residence guarantee pending the Case No. 5606 of 2018 Aga Administrative.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n – Giza Criminal Court’s Second Circuit adjourned the retrial procedures of 12 defendants in the case publicly known as “Al-Nahda Sit-in dispersal incidents” for the hearing of 6 May 2020, due to the inability to transfer the defendants.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Decision not issued until 3 pm\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n – Cairo Criminal Court is considering the retrial procedures of one defendant in the case known in the media as “Raiding Kerdasa Police Station”, but hasn\u2019t reached a decision so far.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" Issued decisions – Cairo Criminal Court’s First Circuit decided, yesterday evening, to adjourn the sentencing hearing in the retrial procedures of two defendants in the case publicly known as “Al-Maasra Cell”.
