– The State Security Prosecution renewed yesterday evening the detention of journalist Khaled Daoud for 15 days pending case No. 488 of 2019 State Security.<\/p>\n
– Cairo Criminal Court adjourned the trial of 215 defendants in the case known in the media as “Helwan Brigades” for November 17 hearing.<\/p>\n
– The appeals judge at Helwan Court ordered the release of journalist Alaa El-Din Abdalla and Hany Mohamed Saad on bail of LE 5,000 pending case No. 29831 of 2019 Helwan Misdemeanor. The Prosecution’s decision to appeal the decision is still pending however.<\/p>\n
