Issued decisions:

– Giza Criminal Court renewed the detention of Shady al-Ghazali Harb for 45 days pending investigations into Case 621/2018 State Security.

– Giza Criminal Court set the March 7 hearing to pronounce the verdict in the retrial procedures of one defendant accused in the “rockets cell” case.

– Al-Montazah Prosecution renewed the detention of lawyer Mohamed Ramadan for 15 days pending investigations into the “yellow vests” case.

– Cairo Criminal Court adjourned the trial of 30 defendants in the “Alexandria ISIS” case for the January 15 hearing, to proceed with the defense’s pleading.

– Cairo Criminal Court adjourned the trial of 14 defendants in the case known as “Returnees from Libya” for the January 12 hearing, for the defense’s requests.

– Cairo Criminal Court set the January 12 hearing to pronounce the verdict into the case known as “arson of Baragil police station”.

– Giza Criminal Court adjourned the trial of 70 defendants in the case known as “The Popular Resistance Committees in Kerdasa” for the February 3 hearing to continue the pleading.

– The opposition judge at South Cairo Court renewed the detention of Mohie Ebeid, head of the Egyptian Pharmacists Syndicate, for 15 days pending investigations into the charge of involvement in the attack on 4 journalists while they were carrying out their work inside the syndicate’s headquarters mid-last month.

– Giza Criminal Court renewed the detention of video editor Ahmed Tareq AKA Arnoub for 45 days into Case 467/2018 State Security.

– The State Security Prosecution renewed the detention of Moaz al-Sharkawy for 15 days pending investigations into Case 441/2018 State Security.
