* Seven protests were monitored during the second half of December 2021. These protests were divided into 4 social protests and 3 labor protests.

The reporting period included three suicide cases due to economic reasons and the accumulation of debts.

Suicide Giza Residents and residential neighborhoods A person committed suicide from the top of the Giza Metal Bridge after passing through a financial distress
Suicide Gharbyia governorate Residents and residential neighborhoods A young man committed suicide in his home in Gharbyia governorate due to the accumulation of debts
