– Port Said Criminal Court adjourned the retrial of 5 defendants in the case known in the media as “Al-Arab Police Station incidents” for the hearing of 23 January, 2021 for pleadings.
– Cairo Criminal Court’s 1st circuit adjourned the retrial of Mahmoud Ezzat, the acting Guide of the Muslim Brotherhood, in the case known in the media as “Spying for Hamas” for the hearing of December 28, to include the documents.

– The First Circuit at the Court of Urgent Matters adjourned the lawsuit filed by the head of the Inventory, Seizure and Management Committee of Muslim Brotherhood Funds demanding the seizure of the funds of 89 leading members of the terrorist MB group and to transfer them to the state treasury. The case was postponed to the hearing of 27 December, 2020.
– Cairo Criminal Court’s 1st circuit adjourned the trial of 215 defendants in the case known in the media as “Helwan Brigades” for the hearing of January 10, 2021 to proceed with the pleadings.
– The Court of Cassation adjourned the appeal submitted by the Public Prosecution challenging the criminal court ordering the acquittal of the police officers accused of torturing a citizen to death inside Al-Haram Police Station. The appeal was postponed to the hearing of March 7, 2021.
