– Cairo Criminal Court ordered the acquittal of one defendant in his retrial procedures challenging the ruling issued in absentia against him in the case known in the media as “Harming the national economy”.
– Cairo Criminal Court replaced the pretrial detention of Dr. Hazem Hosni with precautionary measures pending Case No. 488 of 2019 State Security.
