Issued decisions

• South Cairo Criminal Court has postponed considering the decision to permanently seize the assets of Dr. Hassan Nafaa for the hearing of November 5, 2020. The court, noteworthy, decided in the previous session to suspend the implementation of the decision to seize all Nafaa’s funds- except for the funds deposited in banks estimated at 22,000 dollars at the National Bank of Egypt- on charges of colluding with a terrorist group to achieve its goals and spreading false news.

• Cairo Court of Appeal has set the September 12, 2020 session to consider the first trial hearing of Sanaa Seif before South Cairo Court’s Circuit 10 over Case No. 659 of 2020.
