Issued decisions:

– The Court of Administrative Justice adjourned the lawsuit filed by activist and blogger Alaa Abdel-Fattah demanding to be allowed to bring his laptop and mobile phone while serving his precautionary measures at Dokki Police Station (from 6 pm to 6 am). The case was postponed to the hearing of August 8, 2020.

– The Court of Administrative Justice decided to refer the lawsuit demanding to strip Moataz Matar, Ayman Nour and others of their Egyptian citizenship to the State Commissioners Authority to prepare a report of legal opinion.

– Cairo Criminal Court adjourned the trial of former finance minister Botrous Ghali in the case known in the media as “License plates” for the hearing of July 5.

– Cairo Criminal Court’s 5th circuit sentenced 8 defendants to 5 years in prison and one defendant to 3 years in prison in their retrial in the case known in the media as “Al-Muski violence incidents”.

– The Court of Adminstrative Justice adjourned the lawsuit demanding to withdraw the license of Human Rights Watch organization to work in Egypt for the hearing of August 29, 2020.
