Issued decisions

– Yesterday evening, the Supreme State Security Prosecution renewed the detention of lawyer Ahmed Sabry Abou Alam for 15 days after being interrogated over case No. 621 of 2018 State Security.

– The Disciplinary Court adjourned the trial of media professional Azza al-Henawi into case No. 337 of the judicial year 60 on a charge of insulting the President of the Republic for the 6 December 2018 hearing.

– The opposition judge renewed the detention of students Suhaila Mahmoud and Khadija Baha Eddin for 15 days pending further investigations into case publicly known as “taking pictures of Alexandria Wall”.

–  Cairo Criminal Court adjourned the trial of 45 defendants in the case known as the “High Pressure Towers” for the December 11 hearing.

– Port Said Criminal Court adjourned the trial of 71 defendants in the case known in the media as “storming Al-Arab police station” for the November 21 hearing.

– Cairo Criminal Court set the trial of 13 defendants in the case known as the “Guidance Office” for adjudication at the November 25 hearing.

– The Supreme State Security Prosecution is presiding over the investigation with lawyer Sayed al-Bana into case No. 621 of 2018 State Security, and hasn’t issued a decision yet.
