Issued decisions 

– Cairo Criminal Court has accepted the appeal filed by the Supreme State Security Prosecution against the release order issued for student Ahmed Mohamed Hassan and 37 others in the case No. 770 of 2019, known in the media as “The reorganization of Ultras Ahlawy”. The court accordingly ruled to rescind the order and renewed the defendants’ detention for 45 days.

– East Alexandria Prosecution renewed the detention of citizen Sameh Abdel-Hamid Meligi for 15 days pending the investigation No. 4143 of 2020 Montazah Misdemeanor.

– The detention of “TikTok” girl Haneen Hossam has been renewed for 15 days on charges of inciting debauchery and immorality.

– Giza Criminal Court (Terrorism circuit) adjourned the retrial of one defendant in the case known in the media as “Kerdasa’s Popular Resistance Committees” for the hearing of 8 July, 2020 until bringing a lawyer for the defendant.

– Giza Criminal Court (Terrorism circuit) sentenced one defendant to 10 years in prison into his retrial procedures in the case publicly known as “Kerdasa’s Popular Resistance Committees”.

– South Cairo Court decided to adjourn the sentencing hearing in the lawsuit of the seizure of Dr. Hassan Nafaa’s funds on charges of abetting a terrorist group to achieve its goals and spreading false news. The case was adjourned for the hearing of 5 July, 2020.
