Issued decisions: 

– Cairo Criminal Court renewed, yesterday evening, the detention of Reeman al-Hussani for 45 days pending case No. 817 of 2018 State Security.

– Cairo Criminal Court renewed, yesterday evening, the detention of student Thaer Ezzat, writers Hamada Seddik, Ibrahim Medhat and Ibrahim Mohamed Ibrahim, poets Khaled Sayed Youssef and Karim Zeidan and Mahmoud Mahrous for 45 days pending case No. 1739 of 2018 State Security.

– Cairo Criminal Court ordered the continuation of the precautionary measures issued against pharmacist Gamal Abdel-Fattah for 45 days pending case No. 482 of 2018 State Security.

– The Supreme State Security Prosecution renewed the detention of a group of defendants for 15 days pending the case known in the media as “September 20 incidents”, No. 1338 of 2019 and the derived case No. 1413 of 2019 State Security.

-Cairo Criminal Court set the trial of 14 defendants in the case known in the media as “Cairo  railway station incidents” for adjudication at March 9 hearing.

– Cairo Criminal Court adjourned the trial of 16 defendants in the case known in the media as “Al-Nusra Front” for tomorrow’s hearing to proceed with the pleadings.

– The Supreme State Security Prosecution is considering the detention renewal session of human rights lawyer Mahinor El-Masry pending case No. 488 of 2019, but hasn’t reached a decision so far.

– The Court of Administrative Justice is considering the lawsuit calling for the dismissal of MB affiliates from their positions and posts in state institutions, but hasn’t reached a decision so far.
